Location
This accommodation is located at the start of the slopes of the “Portes du Mt-Blanc” ski area, and 300 m from the free shuttle stop to go down to the village. It is close to the snow front where the activities and hiking departures take place. You will also find the ESF, the Loupiots daycare, as well as ski equipment rental companies and restaurants.

3-room apartment in a small residence at the foot of the slopes. Located on the 2nd and last floor, it faces east and has a view of Mont-Blanc. The 50m² apartment has reserved parking in a shared underground garage in the condominium, as well as a ski locker (n°13). The living room brings together the living room, the dining room and the kitchen area for more conviviality, opening onto the balcony and the fabulous Mont-Blanc view.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed (140×190) facing West, with a view of the Aravis range and a child's bedroom with bunk beds (90×190) + a pull-out bed . The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower for more comfort and the WC is separate from it.

Deposit required: €300 upon delivery of keys, by check.
Tourist tax is 0.80€ / adult / day.
End of stay cleaning: obligatory if not done, will be charged €50
Handing over keys: contact the owner (or intermediary) 72 hours before arrival
Arrival/departure times: arrival from 16 p.m. and departure no later than 10 a.m.
