Combloux has the honor of hosting an enduro mountain bike World Cup stage in 2024: the UCI Enduro and e-Enduro World Cup of the Whoop Mountainbike World Series, with 750 riders expected at the start.

After the timed stage of the Tour de France last year, this year a MTB Enduro and E-Enduro World Cup stage is coming to Combloux.

Friday June 28 and Sunday June 30

What is enduro?

Inspired by motorcycle enduro, enduro mountain biking is an all-terrain discipline which is practiced on courses with predominantly descending profiles, mainly on single tracks. Enduro competitions consist of several “specials”, these long timed descents on natural terrain (without artificially added elements), and non-timed links allowing you to join the next special. The starts are done individually, the best cumulative time over all the specials wins.
