The conditions for being able to rent your property via the Tourist Office
Your furniture must:
- Be located in Combloux or Demi-Quartier
- Be classified as "furnished accommodation" according to the decree of August 2, 2010
The owner must:
- Ensure the management of the furnished (with or without intermediary)
- Pay the tourist tax to the municipality

Manage the tourist tax
The tourist tax is configured on the reservation software. It will be collected by the Tourist Office and transferred to the owner. The owner then pays it back to the town hall.
