Cancellation insurance from our partner Gritchen is offered to you at the end of your reservation. It covers you in the event of illness, death or any other cause mentioned in the contract.

Without this insurance, the cancellation costs amount to 25% of the amount of the reservation if the cancellation takes place at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, and 100% less than 30 days from the date of arrival. arrival.

In hotels or tourist residences, establishments generally have an internet connection. For private rental, some apartments and chalets are equipped with a wifi connection. If not, you have the option of rent a 4g router for the duration of your stay, to be collected from the Tourist Office.

A certain number of our establishments and private rental companies accept pets. A pictogram "pets accepted" appears on the sheets of the accommodation concerned.

The provision of household linen may be a free or paid option depending on the hosts. This service is included for chalets and apartments classified 5 hearts "quality comfort accommodation".

Additional services (passes, ski lessons, equipment rental, etc.) are offered after selecting the accommodation of your choice. We also offer packages with activities included.

Cleaning is generally not included in the rental of an apartment or chalet. Some owners nevertheless offer this service as an option at an additional cost.

Yes, the biotope lake of Combloux is suitable for welcoming people with disabilities. Our site is equipped with a launching wheelchair to facilitate access to swimming.

As the number of entries per day is limited, booking in advance is highly recommended.

• Wednesday and weekend: 10:30 a.m. to 19 p.m.

During the summer holidays (July 07 to September 03):

• Every day: 10:30 a.m. to 19 p.m.
• Tuesdays and Fridays until 20:30 p.m.

The water temperature varies between 19°C and 26°C. Find the water temperature in real time on our LIVE section.

We encourage you to register for our combloran trail weekend directly online. Find the registration link on the page dedicated to this event. As a reminder, a trail or running sports license, or a medical certificate of no contraindication to trail running in competition dating from less than one year on the day of the race must be presented at the time of registration or at the later when picking up the bib. 

If you are unable to register online, you can contact us at [email protected] or register directly on site (additional cost). Attention, no registration the same day for the XL format.

The mini-trails for children are accessible from the age of 4, with signed parental authorization.

The 7 km M trail is accessible from the Cadet category (from 16 years old, with signed parental authorization).

The XL and L formats are accessible from the Espoir category (from 20 years old).
These regulations are those of the French Athletics Federation on which the event depends and we must comply with them. No exceptions can be made.

You can pick up your bib on Friday June 09, 2023 at the Tourist Office (during Tourist Office opening hours), or directly in the village of La Comblorane at the biotope lake from Saturday June 10 at 14 p.m.

A briefing will take place 10 minutes before the start of each race. We recommend that you be there at least 15 minutes before the departure time if you have already collected your bib, and at least 30 minutes before if you need to collect your bib on site. If you haven't registered yet, plan to be there an hour in advance. (Attention no registration the same day for the XL format).

In addition to the refueling at the finish, three refueling stations are planned on the 42 km, and 2 on the 25 km.

Yes, time barriers will be imposed on the XL and L formats. More details on the race presentation pages.

Yes, the use of telescopic poles is allowed.

Yes, for the XL trail: personal cup, water reserve of at least 0,5 L, survival blanket, whistle, mobile phone and a technical jacket (Gore-Tex type) in case of bad weather.

For other formats, only the personal cup and mobile phone are mandatory.

Yes, the XL format allows you to obtain:

• 2 ITRA points
• 50K UTMB Qualifier

while the L format provides:

• 1 ITRA points
• 20K UTMB Qualifier

No, no transfer of registration is allowed for any reason. Any person retroceding his bib to a third party will be held responsible in the event of an accident suffered or caused by the latter during the event. Anyone with a bib acquired in violation will be disqualified. 

If you cannot participate due to injury or illness, your registration will be refunded upon presentation of proof. Abandonment for any other reason will not give rise to a refund.

Route modifications may be made a few days before the date of the event in the event of residual snow on dangerous sections. A fallback route will be planned to avoid parts at risk in case of bad conditions on D-Day (fog, rain, snow, etc.). Except in extreme conditions, the event will be maintained whatever the weather.

Of course, in the event of cancellation on our part, your registration will be refunded to you. A small percentage could be kept to cover organizational costs in case of last minute cancellations due to government measures.
