The association of Slope Museum proposes the fourth edition of the Rencontres Combloranes on the weekend of June 13 to 15, 2025. Part of the twinning between Combloux and Concarneau, this unique festival creates a bridge between the mountains and the sea by bringing together Savoyards and Bretons around shared stories and experiences. Through round tables, debates and screenings, it highlights those who shape these sometimes extreme environments.
4th edition of the Combloranes Meetings
The know-how of the Pays du Mont-Blanc and Brittany will be in the spotlight in Combloux June 13, 14 and 15, 2025. This 4th edition will highlight the evolution of practices in these two regions, from tradition to innovation. Emblematic figures will share their journey and the challenges they have faced to adapt their practices to the demands of the 21st century.e century, while remaining major players in their territory. The program of the 2025 edition
Friday June 13
- 18:00 p.m.: Screening of the film “20 years without my farm” directed in 2022 by Céline Dréan and Jean-Jacques Rault, co-production: “ANA FILMS and Mille et une films”, in the presence of the director. A farmer for seventeen years in central Brittany, Jean-Jacques Rault opens the door to a farm and a history left at the beginning of the 2000s for economic reasons.
Saturday June 14
9:30 a.m.: Screening of the film: “La ferme des Bertrand” directed in 2023 by Gilles Perret and Marion Richoux, production: “Jour 2fête”, nominated for the Césars 2025, in the presence of the director. "Gilles Perret's film traces fifty years in the life of a farm in Haute-Savoie; a family saga told through the words and actions of the people who have succeeded one another."
11:00 a.m.: Round table 1 – Being a farmer in Brittany and in the mountains in 2025 "Two stories that are at once intimate, social and economic from our farming world: how can we maintain the values and know-how of traditional agriculture in the face of today's constraints and challenges?"
