A gentle yoga class, accessible to all: Yin Yoga, based on traditional Chinese medicine, helps lighten the body and mind.
The goal of yin yoga is to enable you to be able to sit longer and more comfortably when meditating, and provides other benefits. This grounding style of yoga allows you to take your time with each posture, most of the time seated or lying on your mat, you hold the postures for long periods of time (usually 3-5 minutes).
In addition to the physical aspect of the practice, yin yoga allows you to take the time to focus on the present moment and your sensations. This sporting break allows you to free yourself from the stress and anxiety of your daily life.
