Half-day in Hydrospeed on the Arve in Chamonix, class III glacial river.
6 km of expedition in the Mont-Blanc torrent between Chamonix and Les Houches.

Warm-up and playful and educational exercises in the first part in order to understand the float and fins.
Then, resumptions of current, stops, sliding, rolling, jumps, surfing static waves!
You will learn all the tips and tricks to become a real hydrospeed cador.
