Seasoned cross-country skiers, fans of the classic style or skating, the area opens its doors to you with nearly 40 km of trails, divided into all categories from green to black. The routes offer a multitude of hills, flat areas, slopes and crossings of undergrowth.

Intended for young and old alike, the Espace de la Livraz is a 100% pleasure destination. Moguls and springboards make it a paradise for teenagers, thrill seekers, but also for families, because this semi-enclosed site with gentle slopes is also the ideal playground for children who are learning the depths.

With its rather steep drops and technical bends, the Javen loop seduces all those for whom sport rhymes with challenge and surpassing oneself. A technical bubble with, as a reward, very pretty views of Lake Javen, Mont d'Arbois and Mont-Blanc!
Contemplative:
The slopes of Planay-Planellet often reserve beautiful surprises for nature lovers: a chamois or a deer coming out of a bend, the flight of a bird of prey close to the fir trees... A real haven of peace where only the rustling of the torrent breaks the silence in this preserved space isolated from the dwellings. A bubble of nature to recharge your batteries and find yourself with yourself.

Initiation to biathlon on the site of La Livraz (biathlon shooting range located nearby) for the youngest and adults, is an activity offered by the ESF.

NORDIC SITE OF LA LIVRAZ
Located a few minutes from the center of the village, behind the Mont d'Arbois, the site of La Livraz is attractive in more ways than one. Quality slopes for all levels in an exceptional setting under the Aiguilles Croches and the Cote 2000, Livraz also allows the practice of a range of Nordic activities such as biathlon initiation, tobogganing or hiking on the trails. Major international competitions are organized each year, which reflects the quality of the area, accessible by car or free MegBus. We come to La Livraz for sport, relaxation, well-being… We return there for the masterly beauty of the surrounding peaks and mountain pastures.
