The wellness massage is suitable for all ages, from toddlers, to the elderly. Its effects, which can be soothing or energizing, help calm the nervous system, relieve conditions caused by stress (including back pain, migraine, exhaustion and insomnia), increase blood and lymphatic circulation and lead to a general state of well-being. The well-being massage is also excellent for relaxing, relieving lumbar and muscle pain.

My goal is to put in place all possible efforts to ensure that the person who experiences pain in a specific part of the body, due to physical work, the practice of a sport or fatigue related to professional stress /personal, can immediately regain the calm, happiness, enthusiasm and joie de vivre that she had before the onset of symptoms.
Thanks to my initial training and my professional experience acquired over the past 10 years (member of the FFMTR, in Paris (French Federation of traditional relaxation massage, graduate of Kiné-Concept, in Montreal (Canada) and member of the professional network Medoucine), I am able to offer different types of massages such as Swedish, sports and hot stone massages, which can be either gentle and relaxing or more specific with stronger pressure.
In addition to promoting a release of muscle and joint tension, the massage will act by modulating the action of the nervous system in order to bypass pain signals.
It should be noted that well-being massage sessions given at regular intervals can give better results, in addition to conventional medicine.
