It is now common knowledge that from July 16 to 19, Combloux will beat at the frantic pace of the Tour de France.
During this period, cyclists will travel the picturesque roads of the upper valley of the Arve, with Combloux still nearby. The alpine landscapes will provide a spectacular backdrop throughout the stages of the famous cycling competition.

For the 15th stage “Les Gets – Saint-Gervais”, the cyclists of the Grande Boucle will set off on a 180 km route, crossing, among others, the following high Savoyard localities:

An arrival in Combloux for the 16th stage of the Tour de France
The day after their rest day, the cyclists compete in a time trial between Passy and Combloux. With its 22km, this event promises to be a real endurance challenge for the contenders for the general classification.

A start in Saint-Gervais for the 17th stage of the Grande Boucle
During the Saint-Gervais – Courchevel stage, the riders will notably cross the localities of Demi-Quartier, Megève and Praz-sur-Arly, all located in the immediate vicinity of Combloux.This day also promises to be spectacular with its winding mountain roads, including the Col des Saisies, the Cormet de Roselend, the Côte de Longefoy, the famous Col de la Loze and Courchevel, with gradients reaching 11%. A major challenge for runners!
