Location

This accommodation is located at the start of the slopes of the “Portes du Mt-Blanc” ski area, and 500 m from the free shuttle stop to go down to the village. It is close to the snow front where the activities and hiking departures take place. You will also find the ESF, the Loupiots daycare, as well as ski equipment rental companies and restaurants.

Description

At the foot of the Mowgli ski lift, 3-room apartment of 41 m² with independent entrance, located in a small residence, on the ground floor facing North/West, view of the Aiguilles de Warens.

It consists of a large living room of 22 m² with open kitchen, a bedroom with 1 double bed (2x140cm), a bedroom with 190 single bunk beds (2X1), 80 bathroom water with 190 shower, towel radiator, hairdryer, separate toilet, ski locker, private parking, private garden, access to a shared garden, garden furniture and parasol.

Deposit required: €500 upon delivery of keys, (check or cash)
Tourist tax is 0.70€ / adult / day.
End of stay cleaning: must be done by the customer before their departure, if not done you will be charged or request it and pay it (45€) when handing over the keys.
Handing over keys: contact the intermediary 72 hours before arrival
Arrival/departure times: arrival from 16 p.m. and departure no later than 10 a.m.
