Independent chalet located near the village center (300m), the biotope lake (500m) as well as a skibus stop serving the “Les Portes du Mont-Blanc” ski area (300m).

Large independent chalet, composed of 4 bedrooms, with a large south-east facing garden.
It has a beautiful view of Mont-Blanc and the Aiguilles de Warens.
Access is on one level and opens onto the living room/lounge, with open kitchen.
The 4 bedrooms are on the 1st floor.
Bedroom 1 has its private bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds (joined together as a 160 double bed).
In the basement (accessible from inside and outside) are the laundry room and ski room. There is also a shower with toilet.
For your comfort: accommodation without carpet, non-smoking, with duvets, blankets, pillows, mattress covers, ski storage, garden furniture.
The bed linen is provided. Possibility to rent bathroom linen (surcharge).
Children's welcome: 2 baby beds, high chair, baby bath, potty, toilet seat adapter, safety barrier at the top and bottom of the stairs, board games,
End of stay cleaning to be done (charged if not done) or extra.
Deposit required on arrival: €500 (check or cash) as well as a resort insurance certificate
