Very beautiful chalet located on the heights of Combloux, in Cuchet, approximately 3km700 from the village center and the biotope lake, panoramic view of the Mt-Blanc range.
In winter, it is located near the Gentiane blue slope, skibus from the village center and La Cry.
In summer, you are very close to hiking and mountain biking trails.

Description

Breathtaking panoramic view of the Mont-Blanc range for this independent chalet of very good standard arranged on 2 levels (130m2). Level access to the 1st level: Integrated kitchen open to living room (wood stove with wood provided), Bedroom 1: (1 160×200 bed), shower room, separate WC. On the lower level: Bedroom 2: (2 90cm beds), Bedroom 3: (2 90cm beds), Bedroom 4: (1 160×200 bed), bathroom (corner bathtub + shower), separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, children's corner (TV, games, etc.). Sheets provided and beds made on arrival. Children's welcome: baby bed, high chair, booster seat, baby bath, changing mat. In winter, loan of a sled.

Garage = place for 1 car.
In winter: depending on the snow cover = provide special equipment to access the foot of the chalet (slight slope)…

formalities

Deposit required: €800 upon delivery of keys, by check.
Tourist tax is 2€ / adult / day.
End of stay cleaning to be done (charged if not done) or extra (95€).
Handing over keys: contact the intermediary 72 hours before arrival
Arrival/departure times: arrival from 16 p.m. and departure no later than 10 a.m.
