It consists of a main room with lounge area →folding double bed for 2 people (140 x 190), a completely renovated kitchen with dishwasher, 1 large bedroom of 13m² with 1 double bed (140×190) + 1 single bed (1×90). 190 Renovated bathroom with 1 shower, towel radiator, hairdryer and toilet.
For beds: duvets, pillows, mattress pads. Possibility of renting sheets as well as towels from the owner (to be reserved in advance).
Formalities:
Deposit required: 150€ delivery of keys by check.
Tourist tax is €0.80/day/adult.
End of stay cleaning to be carried out (charged if not done) or on request (40€)
Handing over keys: contact the owner 72 hours before arrival
Arrival/departure times: arrival from 16 p.m. and departure no later than 10 a.m.
