The biotope body of water is located 300m away and the start of the “Les Portes du Mont-Blanc” ski area is 2km500 away.

3 room apartment + kitchenette, on the ground floor, facing South and West. private terrace with garden furniture.
For your comfort: apartment without carpet, duvets, pillows, collective ski locker, and on request, raclette and fondue set.
Possibility of a maintenance kit (garbage bags, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid): on request, price according to the formula chosen.

Rental of sheets and towels on request 15 euros per pair and 7 euros per kit of 2 towels.
Children welcome: cot on request.
The owner accepts an animal.
End of stay cleaning to be done (charged if not done) or extra (50€).
Deposit required on arrival: €200 (check or cash).
