In summer, the biotope body of water is 400m away.
End of stay cleaning on request = €95.

Independent chalet of 129m² including 12m² attic, on 3 floors.
It has a south-east facing terrace, with a view of the Mont-Blanc range and the Aiguilles de Warrens.
The front door is located at terrace level, on the 1st floor.
1st floor (main floor): living room, lounge, kitchen, bedroom 1, bathroom and toilet.
2nd floor: bedroom 2, dressing room with sink, storage room under the slope, games room with an extra bed (12.30m²).
Games room with TV and DVD player. DVD collection at your disposal. DVD for children.
Garden level: bedroom 3, with access to the garden, garage, room with washing machine and dryer.
For your comfort: non-smoking apartment, sheets provided, bath mats, large library with mountain books, guidebooks and hiking maps.
Possibility to rent towels (8€ / pers.).
Children welcome: cot, baby chair, baby bath, changing mat, books, DVDs and board games.
End of stay cleaning to be done (charged if not done) or extra (85€).
