From the La Frasse car park, take the path indicated on the right which climbs quite steeply in the forest. On your right, a forest track will lead you to discover a small chapel and a fountain. Leave the track and take the path on your right. Crossing the forest will lead you to a path leading to a lake nestled in a hollow. This one is not very big but it offers a magnificent panorama of the Mont-Blanc range, Mont-Joly and the Dômes de Miage. Follow the trail intersection sign numbers: 62, 61, 72, 73 and 46 via a well-marked trail in shady forest, then in more open terrain colonized by alders.
