This aquatic center has a 25m swimming pool with enclosures
submerged, a fun pool of 43m² suitable for families combined with
a paddling pool with water games for children, an outdoor pool of 17m x 10m with a slide (open only in summer), a space dedicated to relaxation with saunas, hammam and solarium.
You can discover a large number of aquatic activities:

→ AQUABIKE:
Dynamic activity, developing cardio and muscle strengthening focusing on the lower body. Non-traumatic for the joints and improves blood circulation.

→ AQUA CARDIO SCULPT:
Lessons with flippers and dumbbells requiring a good level of swimming. Strengthening, sheathing and cardio work.

→ SENIORS
Animation of workshops: aquagym or bike or trampoline over 50 minutes.
2 workshops to choose from, rotation every 20 minutes.
Move, work on your balance, exert yourself in a friendly atmosphere.
From 60 years

→ SPLASH BABIES:
For children from 6 months to 3 years old. The sessions are above all a playful moment that you will share with your child. In a pool heated to 32°, equipped with numerous games, the lifeguards welcome you and advise you, for a gentle first approach.

→ SWIMMING
From learning to perfecting, lesson for children from 4 years old and adults. To become autonomous and familiarize yourself with contact with water.
You know how to swim and want to improve or learn different strokes.

Swimming shorts are prohibited. A distributor of jerseys is available on site.

Vending machines for cold drinks, hot drinks, sweets and a water fountain are at your disposal in the pool area, in the cafeteria.

Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
