Musée Alpin
About Us
The Alpine Museum is currently closed for renovation works
Since Monday September 20, 2021, the Alpine Museum has been closed to the public for renovation works.
Supported by the Community of Communes of the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc Valley, this ambitious global renovation project is planned over a period of 4 years. The Alpine Museum will thus become the Mont-Blanc Museum, which will provide the territory with structuring and innovative equipment, up to the cultural challenges of today and tomorrow. It will participate in diversifying tourist activities in the valley in the context of climate change.
