Thierry Thorens, journeyman chef and chef of the restaurant La Chamade in Morzine, accompanied by Arnaud Delerce, doctor of medieval history and director of the Château des Rubins, invites you to taste the true story of elegant and refined Savoyard cuisine with Mediterranean, French, and Nordic influences. Camel broth, venison chyvrolée, Parmesan pie, apple emplumeus: discover and reproduce at home the recipes of one of the most brilliant master chefs of his time: Maître Amizon Chiquart, brilliant chef to Duke Amédée VIII.
