La Crève-Cœur is an unmissable event of the winter season in Combloux, which brings together both competition regulars and "novices" who wish to challenge themselves and take up this great challenge in a friendly atmosphere.

LA CRÈVE-COEUR is a ski touring race with a length of 5,8km with an elevation gain of 730m. The race will start from the end of the Parking des Brons (Baghera track) and will arrive at the top of Jouty. The route includes a segment with a descending part (approximately 300m), wearing a helmet is absolutely compulsory. A removal of the skins is strongly recommended on this part of negative elevation.

LA PETITE CRÈVE-COEUR is a steep climb, over a distance of 3,9km with an elevation gain of 570m. The race will start from the end of the Parking des Brons (Baghera track) and will arrive at the top of Jouty.

LICENSE - MANDATORY CERTIFICATE

For any registration, on the internet or on site, you will need to provide:

- a license FFCAM (National Federation of Alpine Mountain Clubs) or FFME (French Federation of Mountain and Climbing), or FFS (French Ski Federation).

- or a medical certificate mentioning the non-contraindication to "the practice of ski mountaineering (or ski touring) in competition". This certificate must be dated within one year of the day of the race.

MANDATORY MATERIAL

- Skis of 50 mm minimum width under the foot with metal squares
- Bindings allowing the blocking of the heel on the descent
- High shoes
- Seal skins
- Headlamp
- Helmet

A check of the equipment will be carried out before the start of the race. Any breach of this mandatory equipment will be a reason for banning participation in the race.
