It's official, the MB Race, the most difficult race in the world, returns from June 30 to July 2, 2023. The meeting is given between Combloux and Megève for this new edition!

The MB RACE has existed since 2010. This mountain bike race, as demanding as it is breathtaking, takes place in the Portes du Mont-Blanc area (Combloux, Megève, La Giettaz, Cordon, Sallanches). It stands out in the panorama of mountain biking because it is the only one that displays a one-day event of such a long distance: 140 km with 7000 meters of elevation gain. A race that counted only 1 finisher out of 600 runners in 2010, which earned it the label of the most difficult race in the world.
The event remains OPEN TO ALL with its 8 events offered.
On the program for the 2023 edition:
* Ultimate MB: 230 km
The MB made a promise during its first edition: to take you further, and that is what the MB Ultime offers you! A journey of 1 km and 230 m of D+ to be completed, in a team of 11, in 000 hours maximum. This Ultra Endurance format is aimed at adventurers who want to push their limits and share exceptional moments with their traveling companion, in grandiose settings.
* MB Ultra Somfy: 70 km | 100km | 140km
A now legendary race on the trails of the Mont-Blanc region. After a common start, the riders will be able to decide in due time whether they want to stop or continue until the ultimate distance and thus join the prized circle of Finishers of the most difficult mountain bike race in the world.
* MB Explore: 55km
The MB Explore offers a course with a single distance of 55 km for 2800 m of D+. This race format will allow you to connect Combloux to Megève by a brand new route taking you on demanding trails through extraordinary landscapes! The MB Explore is 55 km of challenge, self-transcendence, landscape, view of Mont-Blanc, and fun for mountain bike lovers!
* MB First: 20km | 35km
This year, participants who will embark on the MB First will have 2 distances to choose from to rally Combloux to Megève: 20 km & 895 m D+ | 35 km & 1400 m of D+. Between discovery of the Pays du Mont-Blanc and sporting performance, this race will delight all lovers of beautiful mountain bike trails. The unmissable landscapes of the domain and the breathtaking views of the roof of Europe make this experience all the more memorable! The MB First is open from the Cadet category (15-16 years old) only over the 20km distance. Thus all categories will be represented in this MB Race event!
* MB Enduro: 5 Specials
The MB Enduro will continue its journey in 2023 and meet you in Megève! It retains its one-day format and on-sight riding – no reconnaissance, an old-fashioned enduro appreciated by its loyal riders. The MB Enduro has been able to seduce for years by the quality of its tracks but also thanks to its friendly and festive atmosphere with on the program: 5 special stages, a Diots Party, friends, an exceptional setting and a good foam at the finish. to end a good day of riding and fun facing the roof of Europe.
*MB FTT
In 2023, we are offering a novelty to the MB Race program with the arrival of the MB FTT in electric touring mode! In collaboration with the Handisport Committee of Haute Savoie and Loisirs Assis Evasion, a course of 20 km and 8o0 m D+ is offered to people with disabilities. The objective is to promote this discipline and allow as many people as possible to take part in the mountain biking festival that is the MB Race!
* MB E-rando: 20km | 45km
Focused on the future of cycling, the MB Race also knows how to discover its hiking trails by mountain bike-AE. A format that will delight lovers of beautiful routes. Food in local colors and festive entertainment.
*MB Kids
The MB Kids is the MB Race reserved for young champions between the ages of 7 and 14! Future budding champions, they will be the MB Finishers of tomorrow!
* MB Kids Discovery
The MB Kids Découverte: a first step in the 100% leisure MB Race! Does your child want to learn about mountain biking? The MB Race is launching a new 100% leisure event for children who do not want to start racing right away. On the MB Kids Découverte, children will be supervised by state-qualified instructors in fun and educational workshops to progress while having fun!
* MB Balance Bike
The MB Draisienne is the race for toddlers for a great introduction to the MB Race. For children, this bike without pedals and without wheels is a perfect way to learn to balance, it allows you to progress much faster on 2 wheels while taking maximum pleasure!
