Visit the farm in Combloux to see calves, pigs and chickens and watch the cows being milked.
Winter: milking directly at the farm, route de L'épine.
Summer: Come and watch every day and for free the milking of 70 cows from the GAEC Val Mont-Blanc farm, in an exceptional setting, on the Bogneuse mountain pasture at an altitude of 1600m in the commune of Saint-Nicolas-la-Chapelle (25 minutes from Combloux) in summer.
The milk is worked directly on site and transformed into farmhouse cheese (Reblochon, Abondance, Tomme, Raclette, Yogurts, etc.) which you can find in the 3 shops and also discover other local products.
1h30 walk from the Chaucisse car park.
