Session dedicated to stretching all the muscles of the body, in order to regain mobility and fluidity. Coupled with olfacto-therapy and cardiac coherence, you will leave with a relaxed body and a light mind.
Stretching is a so-called “gentle” practice which consists of stretching and becoming more flexible. Based on slow, controlled movements combined with deep breathing, stretching invites you to relax and unwind.
