Rafting-Italie 1/2 journée – Adventures Payraud Session Raft

Descent on the Dora Baltea on a boat of 6-7 people,
supervised by a certified high river raft guide.
3 routes in the day out of 6 possible
chosen according to the water level and that of the crew.

Location and route:
You will find on the Dora Baltée in the Val d'Aoste in ITALY enough to experience intense emotions 1 hour away. Several parts of class III-IV. Practicable from May to the end of September.

Content of the session:
After 40 minutes by minibus from our base in Passy (30 minutes from Chamonix), we are ready, after a little coffee at La Fontina, to attack the turbulent waters of the Dora Baltée.

2 or 3 descents on the most beautiful courses of this mythical river. Technical and voluminous river, the Dora is the rafting spot.

After a first warm-up course, we will choose for you the most beautiful courses combining sensation and safety.

Supervised by experienced guides, you will spend a day full of emotions in the heart of the Aosta Valley.

Duration of the activity: 5 hours for approximately 1h15 of navigation

Difficulty: class 4, fairly difficult

Equipment provided: Full wetsuit, neoprene slippers, vest, helmet.
