Muscle strengthening describes any activity that tends to exercise the muscles in such a way as to make your body evolve, to make it more resistant, more mobile, more functional and can be used in your daily life even if you are not an athlete, improve your posture , support your spine, avoid injury and prevent pain. It is also often used following an injury or operation to better recover.
