Yoga de l'énergie

Energy Yoga is a physically gentle practice, accessible to all. It is a very subtle yoga, which leads to a global sensation of the breath and of the body in its volume.

The yoga posture is not a goal, rather a means to bring a certain energetic vibration of well-being.

Linked to the seasons of Chinese energy, certain postures will aim to relax acupuncture meridians.

Collective yoga sessions (Energy yoga) are offered every week in Sallanches and Combloux.

Linda CRIVELLI is a university graduate in biophotonics expertise, yoga teacher and scientific geobiologist (GEOBIOS approval). At the same time, she is also a consultant in HR and business management, which allows her to have a good knowledge of the influences and issues of our society impacting well-being.
