A few words about the biotope lake
After 10 months of work to rehabilitate the old equipment, the new biotope water body of Combloux opened its doors to the public on July 18, 2022.
By opening the first ecological body of water in France intended for swimming, Combloux acted as a precursor in the early 2000s. After 20 years of operation and more than 280 bathers welcomed, it was time to give it a second life to remain at the forefront in terms of ecological bathing and reduce water consumption.
The biotope water body offers pure bathing water without chemical treatment thanks to a natural filtration system using aquatic plants.
