Combloux will launch the 2022/2023 winter season on the occasion of the Comblorades this Tuesday, December 13
This Tuesday, Combloux invites its population to preview the new season of its thematic event “Les Légendes de Combloux” before continuing with the traditional season launch meeting “Les Comblorades”.
On the evening's program:
- At 18 o 'clock, the first performance of Great Show of the Legends of Combloux season 4: In the Land of Graniteurs. Meeting in front of the town hall of Combloux for the start of the theatrical stroll in the company of the actors.
- At 19:30 p.m., The Comblorades – second floor of the Tourist Office: presentation of the coming season, news and forecast figures for this winter 2022/2023 with the intervention of the Tourist Office, the Portes du Mont-Blanc ski area, the ESF of Combloux, the Town Hall as well as the new Association of Traders and Entrepreneurs of Combloux. The meeting will close with the awarding of the Quality Comfort Accommodation label which rewards the efforts of the owners of furnished tourist accommodation to offer quality accommodation in line with the expectations of holidaymakers.

About the Legends of Combloux
Themed event launched in 2018, Les Légendes de Combloux traces the history of the village and the region through entertainment and shows for all audiences around a theme that changes every year.
Tuesday Combloux will unveil a preview of the 4th season of the event, entitled “In the Land of Graniteurs”, which will revolve around the story of the granite cutters who came from Italy to work the blocks of stone from the Mont-Blanc massif, and deposited in Combloux thousands of years ago during the retreat of the glaciers.
The main plot is inspired by a combloran legend according to which inhabitants pursued by wolves would have passed through a split stone before it closed again on the wolves.
Each week of the season, visitors to Combloux will be able to take part in new animations around the theme of granite: a treasure hunt independently in the village, theatrical interventions on the market on Wednesday morning, as well as a big night animated on Thursday evening with theatrical wandering and video projection on the facade of the Tourist Office. It is also during this evening that the treasure hunt prizes will be awarded, with a 100% local gift at stake: a wolf's head carved in granite by the Combloux company Laurenzio Granit du Mont -White.
