You're already a mountain biker and you're good at it, but you want to take it further? In Combloux, we offer a 100-day, 4% enduro course designed for 12- to 18-year-olds who really want to improve their skills. The idea: to help you improve your technique, fluidity, and confidence... all while riding in the best spots in the area.

A real framework for progressing on the field

Marine MARTIN

Led by Sylvain Todeschini, a state-certified instructor and founder of AstersMTB, this course is designed to teach you how to ride better in real-life conditions.

No classroom: here, the mountain serves as your training ground. You'll move around a different spot every day, learning to better read the terrain, manage your lines, refine your position, and master your braking.

A program that helps you evolve day after day

  • Monday : first technical support on the Wizz, in Saint-Gervais. You lay the foundations: position, balance, braking, turns.
  • Tuesday : direction Les Contamines to go further – series of turns, crossings, work on the eye, maneuverability.
  • Thursday : Enduro in real conditions in the Combloux / Megève area. Natural trails, effort management and terrain reading.
  • Friday : full day at the Bike Park des Saisies to put everything into practice and have fun.
No internship on Wednesdays – it’s up to you to choose between recovery or personal outing

Everything is done in small groups (4 to 6 participants), in a good atmosphere, with a clear objective: to make you more independent and more comfortable on your bike.

Practical information – Mountain biking course with AstersMTB

Two sessions are offered this summer: the last week of July or the first week of August.

  • Age : 12 to 18 years old (intermediate level: you are comfortable on mountain bikes, on trails and descents)
  • Dates: from 28/07/25 to 01/08/25 or from 04/08/25 to 08/08/25
  • Schedule : from 9 a.m. to 16 p.m.
  • Price : €500 for 4 days (transport included with meeting points in Combloux and Bettex, transfers covered – does not include mountain bike rental and ski lift passes)

Why is this internship worth the detour?

Because it helps you progress on the ground without disconnecting you from the terrain. Because it gives you the right reflexes, in an exceptional mountain setting. And above all, because it takes you off the classic routes to where riding really comes into its own. Enough to leave with a truly solid foundation... and great memories.

Plan your equipment

Bike and equipment rental is not included in the course registration. If you don't have your own mountain bike suitable for enduro riding, don't panic: several professional rental companies are located in Combloux. Don't hesitate to contact them!

Changing terrain without changing surroundings? It's possible in Combloux.

Mont-Blanc Bike Park

To refine your riding or simply have fun, the Mont-Blanc Bike Park, accessible without ski lifts, offers a natural route in the undergrowth accessible free of charge from April 15 to 1er November. Starting from the Cuchet car park, this area is designed for independent riding, with a forest atmosphere and ideal terrain for gentle progress or riding for pleasure.

The pump track

In the heart of the village, the Combloux pump track offers 210 meters of asphalt riding, with a 100-meter blue loop for beginners and a 110-meter red loop for the more experienced. Accessible year-round, this spot is perfect for working on your footing and rhythm, with Mont Blanc as a backdrop.

MTB routes

Finally, to vary the outing formats, Combloux has three marked mountain bike routes with very distinct profiles. Trail 11 – Boucle de la Gouille (7,9 km / 508 m D+), classified as very difficult, offers a technical route starting from the Cuchet car park, with several tight bends in the forest. Trail 30 – Liaison Combloux – Jaillet (4,6 km / 234 m D+) connects the village to Jaillet by a gradual climb across paths, tarmac and mountain pastures. As for trail 12 – Boucle des Salles (9,6 km / 621 m D+), it offers a committed descent on a wide, stony path, with a view of Mont-Blanc.

Our little tip: this summer, to reach the Cuchet car park, don't miss out on taking advantage of the free shuttle, accessible to mountain bikers.
