At the dawn of La Comblorane, we share with you what makes Combloux an ideal playground for trail enthusiasts. Whether you are an occasional runner or a seasoned enthusiast, discover three excellent reasons to put on your sneakers and set off on an adventure on our Combloran trails!
A typical Alpine experience
A discreet and preserved destination, Combloux offers a peaceful and authentic atmosphere, ideal for recharging your batteries and concentrating on your sport. From balcony trails in the heart of the mountain pastures to picturesque forest trails passing through hamlets, the Combloux trails reveal a variety of landscapes that promise to satisfy all tastes. Along the way, enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding peaks, with the Aravis, the Fiz mountain range and the legendary Mont-Blanc as a backdrop.
All levels welcome
Whether you are a fan of long endurance climbs or technical descents, Combloux offers varied terrain that will challenge you. Departing from Cuchet, the Haut-Combloux panoramic walk, with its 5 km and its views of Mont Blanc, is perfect for a moderate run. It will take you through La Cry and the Ormaret chapel. The more experienced will enjoy the trails leading to the Belvédère de la Croix des Salles, a more difficult route of around 8 km, with breathtaking panoramas of the surrounding mountains.
The Alpage de Beauregard route, with its 6,4 km and a height difference of 412 m, constitutes a demanding adventure through magnificent and tranquil landscapes, ideal for trail runners looking for an intense experience in the heart of nature. The path to the Chalet des Bâchais, with just over 9 km, combines effort and comfort thanks to a breathtaking view at an altitude of 1700 m. Finally, trail runners looking for a challenge can embark on the Petit and Grand Croisse Baulet, a route of approximately 18 km allowing total immersion in wild spaces.
Discover Baptiste Chassagne's favorite jogging, high-level Combloran trail runner crowned French long trail champion in 2023 and having obtained a very good 10th place at the UTMB last September.
