Somatotherapy is a diving in Oneself… This therapy proposes to you simple and concrete means “to decompress” physically and mentally. Various energy practices are used such as : the Californian massage, Korean relieving, Shiatsu, plantar and palmar reflexology… and some exercises which you will be able to do at home. - Private care with an interview "on oneself", before the massage.
